Employees who have worked for the Employer for more than thirty (30) days but less than one year must give at least one (1) weeks’ notice before they plan to leave work. After employees have completed oneone (1) full year of employment with the same Employer, at least two (2) weeks notice is required. The Employer will not withhold wages from employees who end employment without notice.
