(b) USER agrees to request access rights to COMPANY’S Information Assets only for USER’S employees for whom a Form No. X-3788 (Contractor Background Request) (or any successor form) has been completed; provided that COMPANY retains discretion to reject access for any such USER employee whom COMPANY deems to pose a threat to the security or integrity of COMPANY’s Confidential Information or Information Assets (or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law or regulation).
