Notice of Union Representation. The Chapter shall certify to the Village the names of those employees who are designated as representatives (stewards) for each shift. These employees shall be the only employees authorized to function as representatives/stewards on each respective shift and division, other than Chapter Executive Board members who are assigned to the respective shifts or Division.
