Common use of Notice of Work Clause in Contracts

Notice of Work. Before commencement of any construction, alteration, addition, replacement or restoration of any building, structure or other improvement, Tenant shall (A) give to Landlord written notice of the work to be performed, specifying the nature and location of the intended work and the expected date of commencement and completion thereof; and (B) provide Landlord with written plans and specifications therefor, and shall have obtained the written approval thereof from the Landlord as required above. Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to post and maintain on the Leased Premises such notices as may be necessary to protect Landlord against liability for all such liens and claims.
