Common use of Notice – Penalty Clause in Contracts

Notice – Penalty. A regular employee who fails to give twenty-eight (28) calendar days notice of termination shall be paid her earned vacation entitlement less two percent (2%); for example; an employee entitled to eight percent (8%) shall be paid six percent (6%); an employee entitled to ten percent (10%) shall be paid eight percent (8%); etc.

Notice – Penalty.
