Notice Presumed to be Received. Any notice or other document sent pursuant to this Agreement is presumed to be received by the addressee:
a) The same Day on which it was sent by fax if it was sent prior to 3:00 p.m., local time at the point of destination; or
b) The next business Day if it was sent by fax after 3:00 p.m., local time at the point of destination or if sent by another means as provided in Article 24.01. This presumption may be refuted if the addressee proves that the sender knew, or reasonably should have known, that it was impossible for the document to reach the addressee by the means provided in Article 24.01.
