Notice Required for Discontinuance. of Employment of Tenured Teacher No teacher on continuing tenure shall discontinue his/her services to the school system except by mutual consent, without giving a written notice to the District at least sixty (60) days before September first of the ensuing school year. Discon- tinuance in any other manner will result in forfeiture of rights to continuing tenure previously acquired and shall forfeit all benefits owed upon termination.
