NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY. Should suspension without pay be contemplated, the teacher shall be provided written notice of the reason(s) for the intended action, together with the date(s) for the implementation of the disciplinary action. No member of the bargaining unit shall be suspended without pay until such member has been given reasons as to why he/she is being suspended without pay and a reasonable opportunity to respond to such reasons.
