Common use of Notice to Credit Union Clause in Contracts

Notice to Credit Union. You agree that the Credit Union's retention of drafts does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements and draft copies, or modify the time limit for notifying the Credit Union of any errors. The statement will be considered correct for all purposes and the Credit Union will not be liable for any payment made or charge to your account unless you notify the Credit Union in writing within the time limit specified in the Examination section (see above) after the statement and drafts are made available to you. If you fail to receive a periodic statement, you agree to notify us with 14 days of the time you regularly receive a statement.
