Notice to Federation of Board Meetings. The FEDERATION shall be given prior written notice of any Regular or Special Meetings of the BOARD. Such notice shall include agendas, board reports, minutes, financial reports, etc., if any. The FEDERATION shall notify the BOARD by September 1st as to who shall be the recipient of such notice.
