Notice to Members and Alternates of Participants Committee. Prior to the end of the fifth (5th) Business Day following a meeting of the Reliability Committee, the Secretary of the Reliability Committee shall give written notice to the System Operator and each member and alternate of the Participants Committee of any action taken by the Reliability Committee at such meeting.
