Notice to Provider Regarding Covered California Enrollee’s Grace. Period Status a) In the event of nonpayment of premium by an individual Covered California Enrollee receiving advance payments of the premium tax credit or state advance premium assistance subsidy, or both, Contractor shall provide notice to its network providers in accordance with the applicable state and federal law. b) Notwithstanding (a) above, this notice obligation does not relieve the QHP Issuer from compliance with existing state laws governing claims payment.
