Common use of NOTICE TO RENTERS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO RENTERS. Under 718.116, Fl. Statute, you may be liable, upon assuming occupancy, for your Lessor’s delinquent maintenance fees and assessments. Before assuming occupancy, please check with Sunstate Management Group to determine the status of your Lessor’s accounts. IF your Lessor is delinquent, this Notice constitutes a continuing demand that you pay the rent due your Lessor to the Association until your Lessor’s delinquencies are satisfied or you vacate the unit. The Renter(s), in consideration of the approval of this rental application, agree that they and their guests will abide by the Declaration of Condominium and House Rules and Regulations of the Imperial House of Venice, Inc. The Renter(s) agree to no immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful use of the condominium property, nor any part thereof, and will abide by all valid laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction at the condominium. Renter’s Signature Date Renter’s Signature Date The Unit Owners/Lessor, in consideration of the approval of this rental application certifies there is a valid lease agreement between the parties that is consistent with the Declaration of Condominium requirements for renting and has given the renter the House Rules and Regulations and Procedures and Guidelines of the Imperial House of Venice, Inc. Owner’s Signature Date Owner’s Signature Date Please Note: New Imperial House Renter(s): non-refundable application fee of $100.00, made payable to “Imperial House of Venice, Inc.” must accompany this application. No fee is required if IH renters are returning to same Unit in subsequent years. Submit the application and fee at least thirty (30) days prior to occupancy to Xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or Imperial House of Venice, Inc.
