Notice to the Region. Where practicable, in advance of entering into a contract with a subcontractor for the purposes of performing all or part of the Maintenance Services described herein, the Town shall provide the Region with written notice of its intention to subcontract or assign the Maintenance Services. It is agreed that the Town shall provide the Region with a list of subcontractors on or before May 1st and November 1st of each year, and shall also provide to the Region an updated list of subcontractors within 30 days of receipt by the Town of a written request therefor from the Region.
