All notices under this Agreement shall be given in writing and be deemed received: - if sent via courier on the date of delivery; - if personally delivered, on the date of delivery; - if sent via registered mail, return receipt requested, on the date of delivery of the letter; or - if sent by facsimile, on the date of receipt provided that a valid facsimile success report has been obtained. The address of the Parties for delivery of notices is set forth above. Either Party may change such address and numbers by notice to the other Party.
