The Chargor must: (a) immediately serve a notice of assignment, substantially in the form of Part 1 of Schedule 3 (Forms of Letter for Relevant Contracts), on each counterparty to a Relevant Contract; and (b) use its reasonable endeavours to procure that each such party acknowledges that notice, substantially in the form of Part 2 of Schedule 3 (Forms of Letter for Relevant Contracts).
