Notices of Deficient Work. On the basis of on-site observations, the Architect shall keep the District informed of the progress and the quality of the work, and shall endeavor to guard the District against defects and deficiencies in the work. Architect shall notify the District in writing of any defects or deficiencies in the work by any of the District’s contractors that the Architect may observe.
