Notices to the Noteholders. All notices required to be given to the Noteholders pursuant to these Conditions will be valid if mailed to them at their respective addresses in the Register. The Issuer shall also ensure that such notices are duly given or published in a manner which complies with the rules and regulations of any stock exchange or other relevant authority on which the Notes are for the time being listed or by which they have been admitted to trading, including publication on the website of the relevant stock exchange or relevant authority if required by those rules. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been given on the day after being so mailed or on the date of publication or, if so published more than once or on different dates, on the date of the first publication.

Notices to the Noteholders. All notices to the Noteholders will be valid if published in a leading English language daily newspaper published in London or such other English language daily newspaper with general circulation in Europe as the Issuer may decide and, so long as the Notes are admitted to listing on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that exchange so require, in one daily newspaper published in Luxembourg. It is expected that publication will normally be made in the Financial Times and the Luxemburger Wort or the Tageblatt. For so long as the Notes are admitted to listing on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, notices may also be published on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Issuer shall also ensure that notices are duly published in a manner which complies with the rules and regulations of any stock exchange or other relevant authority on which the Notes are for the time being listed. Any such notice will be deemed to have been given on the date of the first publication or, where required to be published in more than one newspaper, on the date of the first publication in all required newspapers.

Notices to the Noteholders. Party B shall procure that a copy of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders in accordance with the Notices Conditions shall be supplied to Party A. In respect of any notice to which this provision applies, Party A agrees and acknowledges that the delivery to it of a copy of such notice pursuant to Clause 9.5 (Publication and delivery of notices) of the Agency Agreement shall discharge Party B's obligation hereunder.

Any such notice will be deemed to have been given (i) if published in a leading English language daily newspaper published in London, on the date of the first publication or, where required to be published in more than one newspaper, on the date of the first publication in all required newspapers and (ii) if released by the Issuer through the company's announcement office of the Irish Stock Exchange, on the date of release by the Irish Stock Exchange.
