Notices to the Seller. For all purposes of this Section 20.06, the Seller shall not be deemed to have knowledge of and need not recognize nor take any action with respect to the existence of any Event of Default the Seller shall have received from the Lessor written notice thereof. If the Lessor shall have notified the Seller of the existence of an Event of Default under this Agreement, the Lessor shall also give written notice to the Seller when such Event of Default has been cured or waived.
