Common use of Notification by Supplier to the Board Clause in Contracts

Notification by Supplier to the Board. During the Term, the Supplier shall advise the Board promptly of: (a) any contradictions, discrepancies or errors found or noted in the Contract; (b) supplementary details, instructions or directions that do not correspond with those contained in the Contract; and (c) any omissions or other faults that become evident and should be corrected in order to provide the Deliverables in accordance with the Contract and Requirements of Law.
