Notification from the Bank to the Assignor The existing provision in the Assignment with regard to notification from the Bank to the Assignor in the event that it shall become unlawful for the Bank to perform any of its obligations under the Assignment shall be deleted and replaced by the following new provision: “To the fullest extent permitted by the law, if it becomes unlawful for the Bank to perform any of its obligations under this Assignment, the Bank shall notify the Assignor to this effect whereupon the Assignor shall, upon receipt of such notice, pay the Bank all sums which the Security Party owes the Bank under the Facility.”
