Information from Paying Agents. The Paying Agents shall make available to the Fiscal Agent and the Registrar such information as may reasonably be required for:
9.2.1 the maintenance of the records referred to in Clause 9.1 (Records); and
9.2.2 the Fiscal Agent to perform the duties set out in Schedule 1 (Duties under the Issuer-ICSDs Agreement).
Information from Paying Agents. The Paying Agents shall make available to the Fiscal Agent such information as is reasonably required by it for the maintenance of the records referred to in Clause 9.1 (Miscellaneous Duties of the Agent - Records).
