Common use of Notification of a conflict of interest Clause in Contracts

Notification of a conflict of interest. If, during the performance of the Recipient's obligations under this Agreement a Conflict of Interest arises, or appears likely to arise, the Recipient must: (a) notify ARENA immediately in writing; (b) make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the conflict; and (c) take such steps as ARENA reasonably requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the conflict.
