Common use of Notification of Adjustment to ASSOCIATION Clause in Contracts

Notification of Adjustment to ASSOCIATION. Nothing required by this formal grievance or concern procedure shall be construed as limiting the privilege of any Professional Staff Member having a complaint or problem to discuss the matter informally with any appropriate representative of the ADMINISTRATION and having such matter adjusted without intervention and/or consultation of the ASSOCIATION, provided the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this CONTRACT. The ASSOCIATION shall be advised by the Professional Staff Member of such adjustment at the time it is given.
