Notification of Allegations or Findings of Misconduct. The Administrator shall notify the Superintendent, in writing, of any arrest, indictment, conviction, no contest or guilty plea, including the disposition of any of the aforesaid, or any other event which could be characterized as official misconduct or breach of moral or ethical duty within five (5) calendar days of the occurrence of any such event.
