Notification of amendments or waivers. (a) The Bond Trustee shall as soon as possible notify the Bondholders of any amendments or waivers made in accordance with this Clause 9.1 (Amendments and waivers), setting out the date from which the amendment or waiver will be effective, unless such notice according to the Bond Trustee’s sole discretion is unnecessary. The Issuer shall ensure that any amendment to these Bond Terms is duly registered with the CSD. (b) Prior to agreeing to an amendment or granting a waiver in accordance with Clause 9.1.2(a) (Procedure for amendments and waivers), the Bond Trustee may inform the Bondholders of such waiver or amendment at a relevant information platform.
