Notification of amendments or waivers. (a) The Bond Trustee shall as soon as possible notify the Bondholders of any amendments or waivers made in accordance with this Clause 9.1 (Amendments and waivers), setting out the date from which the amendment or waiver will be effective, unless such notice according to the Bond Trustee’s sole discretion is unnecessary. The Issuer shall ensure that any amendment to these Bond Terms is duly registered with the CSD. (b) Prior to agreeing to an amendment or granting a waiver in accordance with Clause 9.1.2(a) (Procedure for amendments and waivers), the Bond Trustee may inform the Bondholders of such waiver or amendment at a relevant information platform.

  • Amendments or Waivers No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement, nor any consent or approval to any departure therefrom, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the parties hereto.

  • Effect of Amendment or Waiver Any such amendment or waiver shall apply equally to all of the holders of the Notes and shall be binding upon them, upon each future holder of any Note and upon the Company, whether or not such Note shall have been marked to indicate such amendment or waiver.
