Notification of and Compliance with Agreement Obligations. A Participating Institution will ensure that its Personnel and, if it will serve as a Reviewing IRB/Reviewing IRB Institution, its IRB members, are informed of and required to comply with (i) all of the Participating Institution’s obligations under this Agreement pertaining to required coordination, communication, compliance, and reporting; and (ii) the applicable policies and procedures governing the conduct of the reliance relationship as determined under Section 3.4 hereof. A Participating Institution will work diligently to address and correct any noncompliance with such obligations or policies and procedures in connection with its Covered Activities under this Agreement.
