Notification of Authorized Representatives. The PSAC shall notify NAV CANADA in writing of the names and areas of jurisdiction of its representatives authorized to represent the PSAC in the presentation of complaints and grievances at each level and shall promptly notify NAV CANADA in writing of changes in these names. NAV CANADA shall notify the PSAC in writing of the position/titles and areas of jurisdiction of its representatives authorized to represent NAV CANADA with respect to the receipt and response of complaints and grievances at each level and shall promptly notify the PSAC in writing of changes in these names.
