Notification of Board Action. The Salary and Leaves Committee shall send written notification to each applicant regarding the action taken by the Board. In the event that the applications recommended by the Committee were not authorized by the Board, these applications will automatically be submitted and re-ranked by the Salary and Leaves Committee the next year along with new applications. The applicant may choose to withdraw his/her proposal for consideration the subsequent year.
Notification of Board Action. Professional staff members must be notified no later than December 15th in their fifth full year of service of their appointment to a multi-year contract.
