Notification of Changes in MBE/WBE Work. A. If at any time during the performance of the Contract CONTRACTOR determines or has reason to believe that a scheduled MBE/WMBE is unable or unwilling to perform its MBE/WBE Services, or that there has been or will be a change in any MBE/WMBE Services, or that CONTRACTOR will be unable to meet the MBE/WBE participation goal(s) for this Contract for any reason, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify DCAMM Contract Compliance Office in writing of such circumstances.
