Final Commissioning Report. The House Doctor will prepare a final commissioning report, including the commissioning plan, Construction Contract Documents, Project commissioning specification, blank functional performance test procedure forms, system readiness tests reports, functional performance test reports, corrective action reports and log, and operator training plans and log.
