Notification of Debarment Oznámení o vyloučení z působení ve farmaceutickém průmyslu 9.2.1 The Investigator/Institution agrees that he/she/it shall notify the Sponsor or ICON in the event of any such debarment, conviction, threat or indictment referred to in Section 9.1 above. Zkoušející / zdravotnické zařízení souhlasí s tím, že bude informovat zadavatele nebo společnost ICON v případě takového vyloučení, obvinění, odsouzení či jejich hrozby, jež jsou uvedeny ve článku 9.1 výše.
