Notification of File Processing Success. Within fifteen (15) days of successfully receiving a file containing the information described in Articles 2(2) and 4(1)(b) of the IGA in the time and manner described in Article 3(5) of the IGA and in Paragraph 3, the Competent Authority receiving the file (the “receiving Competent Authority”) should provide notice of such successful receipt to the Competent Authority providing the file (the “providing Competent Authority”). The U.S. Competent Authority expects to generate such notification automatically through the International Compliance Management Model (“ICMM”) and transmit it via IDES. The notice need not express the receiving Competent Authority’s view about the adequacy of the information received or whether the receiving Competent Authority believes that the providing Competent Authority should take measures pursuant to Article 5 of the IGA to obtain corrected or complete information.
