Notification of Job Announcements. Employees may complete a job interest card / job alert at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx to be notified by e-mail of Library job announcements. Employees who wish to apply for the vacant position, including employees on layoff, may do so. Applications for promotion shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions on the job announcement.

  • Public Announcements Unless otherwise required by applicable Law or stock exchange requirements (based upon the reasonable advice of counsel), no party to this Agreement shall make any public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of the other party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and the parties shall cooperate as to the timing and contents of any such announcement.

  • Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.

  • Announcements 4.1 Neither party will make or permit to be made any announcement or disclosure of its prospective interest in the Bid without the prior written consent of the other party.

  • Vacancy Announcements (a) Announcement of employment opportunities must receive appropriate distribution to enable and encourage qualified candidates to apply. Announcements should be open for at least 2 weeks. In unusual circumstances, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee may shorten the 2-week announcement period. Announcements must contain specific information about examinations, minimum qualifications, duties and other relevant job factors. Length of County service (seniority) shall be considered when qualified candidates are otherwise deemed reasonably equal.

  • Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s). The individual selected will serve on the School Board from the date of appointment to [date]. The length of the appointment depends upon when during the term of office the vacancy occurred. See 105 ILCS 5/10-10 and Board policy 2:70, Vacancies on the School Board - Filling Vacancies, to determine the length of the appointment.   • Required Disclosure Notwithstanding Section 29(a) above, if the receiving Party becomes legally compelled to disclose the Confidential Information by a court, Governmental Authority or Applicable Law, or is required to disclose by the listing standards of any applicable securities exchange of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, the receiving Party shall promptly advise the disclosing Party of such requirement to disclose Confidential Information as soon as the receiving Party becomes aware that such a requirement to disclose might become effective, in order that, where possible, the disclosing Party may seek a protective order or such other remedy as the disclosing Party may consider appropriate in the circumstances. The receiving Party shall disclose only that portion of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information that it is required to disclose and shall cooperate with the disclosing Party in allowing the disclosing Party to obtain such protective order or other relief.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANNOUNCEMENTS 13.1 Each of the parties undertakes to the others that it will not, at any time after the date of this Agreement, divulge or communicate to any person other than to its professional advisers, or when required by law or any rule of any relevant stock exchange body or regulatory authorities, or to its respective officers or employees whose province is to know the same any confidential information concerning the business, accounts, finance or contractual arrangements or other dealings, transactions or affairs of any of the others which may be within or may come to its knowledge and it shall use its best endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of any such confidential information concerning such matters.

  • Public Notification BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of the Denial of Application due to Space Exhaust. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office previously on the space exhaust list. BellSouth shall allocate said available space pursuant to the waiting list referenced in Section 2.5.

  • Announcements and confidentiality The Team will not make or permit to be made any public announcement(s) in relation to this Agreement without the prior consent of the Company nor (save as required by law) disclose to any third party any information concerning the terms or subject matter of this Agreement from the date hereof.
