Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee shall be transmitted by the BCEA to the Treasurer of the BOARD by September 20 of each year during the term of this AGREEMENT for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the BOARD agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the BCEA.
