Notification of the Amount of the Fair Share Fee. Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than one hundred percent (100%) of the unified dues of the Association, shall be transmitted by the Association to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Master Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll deducted.
