Common use of Notification of the Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of the Employer. The Employer shall provide the Union with all necessary information relating to the following matters for all employees of the Society on a current basis: (a) A list of employees, showing their names, addresses and employment status and ranked according to seniority. (b) The Employer shall notify the Union, in writing within five (5) working days of all job postings, hiring, transfers or resignations. (c) The Employer shall notify the Union in writing within one (1) working day when any employee has been laid-off, discharged, suspended, or given a written warning.
