Notification of Trips. Employees will be notified of extra runs at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, when possible. Any extra run needing coverage after the P.M. runs starts, on that day, will be assigned to the first available extra run driver. Notice of extra runs will be posted on bulletin boards in the drivers’ lounge.
