- Notification Required. Employees shall be required to notify the on-duty supervisor as soon as possible of any occurrence within the scope of this Article which prevents work. Employees shall be required to provide such notification pursuant to applicable department policy but in no event, not later than one (1) hour before the start of the work shift.
