- Notification Required. Employer agrees that coverage is provided by the Fund to the legal entity described herein as the Employer. With respect to any change in ownership of the Employer, Employer will provide the Fund with thirty (30) days prior written notice of such change or, if Employer is not aware of such change within the prescribed notice period, Employer will provide such notice within ten (10) days after Employer is first aware of such change.
