Notification Requirement. Until forty-five (45) days after the period of restriction under Paragraph 5 expires, you shall give notice to the Company of each new business activity you plan to undertake, at least five (5) business days prior to beginning any such activity. Such notice shall state the name and address of the Person for whom such activity is undertaken and the nature of your business relationship(s) and position(s) with such Person.
