Notification Requirements for Extended Sick Leaves. a. Employees on approved extended injury/illness leaves are required to keep the District advised on a regular monthly basis as to the status of the extended leave. Such notification shall be provided to the Human Resources Department no later than the last day of each month during the time period the employee is on the extended leave.
