Notification to relevant Union(s. 3.1.1 Where there are insufficient numbers of EOIs to meet the number of excess positions identified in 1.3, the Employer will notify the relevant employees and their Union/s of the following information in writing: a. The number of remaining excess positions, including job classification/role /worksite location/FTE equivalent; b. Number of affected employees; and c. The proposed time frames and plan for notification and consultation with affected employees.
