Common use of Notification to Teachers Clause in Contracts

Notification to Teachers. The District administration shall inform unit members of every student who has caused or attempted to cause serious bodily injury or injury to another person, based on any written records that the District maintains or receives from a law enforcement agency or another district regarding a student described in Education Code Section 49079. Any information received by a unit member pursuant to this provision shall be received in confidence for the limited purpose for which it was provided and shall not be further disseminated by the unit member.

Notification to Teachers.
