If they do do, you will be responsible as if you had committed it yourself.
c) Keeping an illegal weapon(s) weapon on the property.
d) Threatening behaviour anyone at the property or in the local area locality with or without an offensive weapon.
e) Causing malicious damageUsing the property (including gardens, garages and outbuildings) for criminal, immoral or illegal purpose, including drawing graffitistoring, selling or handling stolen, illicit or offensive goods.
f) Drawing graffiti on or otherwise damaging public property in the locality. You will be held responsible for the cost of repairing any malicious damage caused by anyone in your household, whether the damage is caused to your the property which is the subject of this agreement, or any public other property in the locality.
