Number of Consecutive Weeks Clause Samples

The 'Number of Consecutive Weeks' clause defines a specific period, measured in uninterrupted weeks, that is relevant to the agreement or contract. Number of Consecutive Weeks. During the period of June 1st to September 30th inclusive, an employee can only request a maximum of two (2) weeks’ vacation and/or banked statutory holidays. If the employee takes blocks of less than five (5) days or an individual day, it shall be within a maximum three (3) calendar weeks. Outside of the June 1st to September 30th period, employees will be allowed to take all their vacation and banked statutory holiday in consecutive weeks.
