Number of Guestrooms; Expansion. The Hotel will have the number of Guestrooms stated in Item 7 of Exhibit A or such other number approved by Franchisor. Franchisee may expand the Hotel or build additional Guestrooms in compliance with this Agreement only with Franchisor’s prior written approval. If additional Guestrooms are approved, Franchisee will pay an expansion fee under Section 3.1.
