Number of insureds d. If there is covered loss or damage to covered property, not caused, in whole or in part, by “fungi,” wet or dry rot, yeast or bacteria, loss payment will not be limited by the terms of this Additional Coverage, except to the extent that “fungi,” wet or dry rot, yeast or bacteria causes an increase in the loss or any Loss of Use. PERIL INSURED AGAINST 1. We insure for direct physical loss to the property described in Coverages A, B and C caused only by the peril of windstorm or hail unless the loss is excluded in EXCLUSIONS. 2. With respect to paragraph 1. above, coverage for loss caused by a Peril Insured Against includes loss to: a. Watercraft of all types and their trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard engines or motors, only while inside a fully enclosed building. b. The inside of a building or the property we cover contained in a building caused by: (1) Rain; (2) Snow; (3) Sleet; (4) Hail; (5)Sand; or (6)Dust; if the direct force of the windstorm or hail first damages the building, causing an opening through which the rain, snow, sleet, hail, sand or dust enters and causes damage.

We insure against risk of direct loss to property described in Coverages A and B only if that loss is a physical loss to property. This includes the peril of “catastrophic ground cover collapse” as provided in Part A. below. However, we do not insure loss:

  • Minimum Scope of Insurance Coverage shall be at least as broad as: 1. The coverage provided by Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (“occurrence”) Form Number CG 0001; and 2. The coverage provided by Insurance Services Office Form Number CA 0001 covering Automobile Liability. Coverage shall be included for all owned, non-owned and hired automobiles; and

  • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. Such Certificates of Insurance are evidenced as Exhibit F herein entitled “Certificates of Insurance.”

  • Period of Insurance Period of insurance means the period shown as such on the e-certificate and validation card, which time is taken as Greenwich Mean Time unless otherwise stated.

  • Separation of Insureds All liability policies shall provide cross-liability coverage as would be afforded by the standard ISO (Insurance Services Office, Inc.) separation of insureds provision with no insured versus insured exclusions or limitations.

  • Minimum Scope and Limits of Insurance Contractor shall provide coverage with limits of liability not less than those stated below.

  • Form of insurance The form of the insurance shall be approved by the Director and the City Attorney; such approval (or lack thereof) shall never: (i) excuse non-compliance with the terms of this Section; or (ii) waive or estop the City from asserting its rights to terminate this Agreement. The policy issuer shall: (i) have a Certificate of Authority to transact insurance business in Texas; or (ii) be an eligible non-admitted insurer in the State of Texas and have a Best’s rating of at least B+, and a Best’s Financial Size Category of Class VI or better, according to the most current Best’s Key Rating Guide.

  • Proof of Insurance The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) upon the request of the Province, provide to the Province a copy of any insurance policy.

  • Minimum Limits of Insurance CONSULTANT shall maintain limits no less than: 1. Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. If Commercial Liability Insurance or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit; and 2. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage; and

  • Amount of Insurance Coverage shall be provided with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.
