It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto that, in consideration for this lease, the Landlord shall provide the following for the Tenant’s use at no charge, throughout the term or any extensions, (i) the lobby furnishings, including light fixtures over the reception desk, (ii) half of the existing training room tables and (iii) 80% of the existing cafeteria tables and chairs.
