Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.

Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions. RECORDING OF AGREEMENT Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
